How I shot it ... Maddy

This photo was taken near the tail end of a photo shoot. The batteries on the studio strobes died and I switched over to one speed light to challenge myself. Here’s what that looked like.

On the left of the model is a translucent plastic sheet. Behind it is a speed light. On the right is a sheet of foam core, shiny side out. I’m about four feet from the subject. The model is about four feet from the grey background.
