1. Notice you have in your Inbox an email meant for the Helpdesk.
2. Change your email header Reply-To to the email address of the person who just emailed.
3. Forward said email to the Helpdesk@ email address.

Result: Helpdesk software auto creates the ticket and emails the person who sent the email to your Inbox …
